Individual Counselling

Through counselling you would learn to deal with struggles that are hindering your ability to function. Couples Therapy

It can be very difficult if you’re struggling in your relationship. It could be very frustrating when you feel you are not being heard or understood by your partner. Or maybe you often end up arguing when trying to communicate about your needs. In couples therapy, you would learn ways to understand and relate to your partner. You would learn to create a stronger, closer, and smoother relationship between you and your partner.

Family Therapy

We use a strength based approach to improve relationships with everyone in the family. These changes happen with changes in behavioral patterns and improving communication skills. We find the positive assets of the family and the individuals, and help facilitate each individual’s ability to work together as a family.
